Our commitment to quality extends throughout our organization and our people. We are continuously seeking to advance our knowledge base and our understanding of industry standards, trends, quality improvements and more, and are always working to grow our skill set so that we may better serve our clients and customers. Through our involvement with the National Association of Home Builders, we have earned the following certifications, which are awarded only after passing a comprehensive written exam:
Certified Green Professional (CGP)
Designation that recognizes builders, remodelers and other industry professionals who incorporate green building principles into homes — without driving up the cost of construction. Class work leading to the designation provides a solid background in green building methods, as well as the tools to reach consumers, from the organization leading the charge to provide market-driven green building solutions to the home building industry.
Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR)
A Certified Graduate Remodeler is a professional designation that highlights business management as a major factor in a professional remodeling project. CGR certifications are given to those who meet high standards in business practices, possess a minimum of five years remodeling industry experience, have a proven track record of successful project management, complete a comprehensive education curriculum, and pledge to uphold the program's code of ethics.
Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS)
Designation of specialized training in technical matters, business management and customer service skills that are essential to competing in the fastest growing segment of the residential remodeling industry: home modifications for the aging-in-place. This designation offers solutions for unique needs of the older adult population so they can remain in the home safely, independently and comfortably.
Certified Graduate Builder (CGB)
An exclusive professional certification designed to emphasize business and project management skills as the key to a professional building operation. The program requires that graduates meet prescribed standards of practice, possess a minimum of two years building industry experience, have a proven track record of successful project management, complete comprehensive education curriculum, and pledge to uphold the program's code of ethics.
