Andy Poticha – Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Andy has more than 30+ years of sales, client management, trade and supplier negotiation, system development, and production process management experience. From an early age, Andy knew he wanted to become an architect, and he would harness that passion through the creation of Design Construction Concepts (DCC) in 1991. Soon into the design process, Andy quickly discovered that there were no general contractors providing the relationships, customer service, and quality he was offering at DCC. Andy began managing construction projects, and the rest is history. DCC has grown in size and scope to include the execution of small and large scale residential and commercial projects.

Andy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies and Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois.

Andy has devoted his personal time and efforts to several important charitable causes and organizations. His community leadership, industry designations, and professional affiliations include:
