Kevin Kasten – Chief Operating Officer
Kevin brings more than 20 years of construction industry experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer, having successfully delivered a wide variety of projects in the Medical, Industrial, Commercial and Retail sectors. Kevin’s positive attitude, coupled with a career-long focus on project management steeped in trust and integrity, puts client satisfaction at the center of his work.
As COO, Kevin works hand-in-hand with the Production Team on estimating, pre-construction, project launch, project management, punch list and close-out. Kevin has strong experience developing and driving internal processes leading to project excellence. Kevin’s portfolio encompasses an array of projects including acute healthcare hospitals, behavior health hospitals, various commercial tenant improvement projects, multi-state franchise rollouts of retail/med-tail clients along with the general management of over $200 Million in industrial contracts. He also worked alongside developers, investors, and property management firms throughout his career.
Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University, with a focus in Construction Management, along with his Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, Kevin is ASHE Healthcare certified and belongs to various industry organizations. Outside of work, Kevin and his family enjoy spending free time together playing sports, exercising and watching his son participate in baseball, basketball and numerous other activities including Indian Guides. Kevin and his family also support several charities throughout Chicagoland.
